Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TraderBot at usetraderbot.com, operated by TraderBot (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use this service and its trading venues where you live. Provide accurate information, secure your email and devices, and use only funds you are authorized to control. Access may be restricted by location, provider requirements, or applicable law.

2. Your bots and trading instructions

You authorize TraderBot and the bots you configure to process your instructions, use enabled data sources, and submit trades within your account’s available permissions and balances. You are responsible for your strategies, settings, schedules, and activity. Pausing a schedule does not cancel trades already executed or necessarily stop a run already in progress.

AI can make mistakes and markets can move quickly. Trading can result in loss of all allocated capital. Paper trading uses simulated funds and does not predict live results. The service provides automation tools, not a promise of profit or personalized investment, legal, or tax advice.

3. Balances and third-party services

Live funds and assets may be held together in platform accounts at third-party venues. TraderBot’s internal records attribute balances and positions to each user and bot; your displayed balance is not the platform’s entire venue balance. Digital assets are not bank deposits and may lose value or access because of market, stablecoin, venue, wallet, network, or software failures.

Use the deposit instructions shown in the app. Incorrect networks or transfers may be unrecoverable. Request withdrawals of your available global real USDC from Balances, confirm the emailed code, and review the displayed Arbitrum network and bridge fee. Payouts require support approval during beta; funds are reserved after confirmation, and transfers depend on venue availability. Contact support for account closure or delayed withdrawals. Third-party terms and fees also apply.

4. Inference, data, and platform fees

AI inference and paid data debit your real, unallocated USDC balance, including in paper mode. Charges are usage-based and include a platform fee.

The price shown for each paid data source is the price you pay per use; AI inference is charged according to the model you choose and the usage it consumes. Charges use the pricing in effect when each call is reserved; changes apply to future calls.

We may reserve an estimated amount before a call and refund unused reservations when its cost is known. Uncertain charges remain pending reconciliation. Usage already incurred remains payable if a run is stopped or fails; you can contact us to dispute a charge. TraderBot adds no platform fee to trades. Exchange, network, bridge, and other third-party fees may apply separately.

5. Your strategies and privacy

You retain your rights in the strategies and content you provide. We do not use your strategies for our own trading, sell them, or share them with other users. You permit us to store and process your content to operate, secure, and support the service. Authorized administrators may review prompts, trading and funding activity, and account metadata to investigate abuse and provide support; these reviews are logged. AI and enabled data providers receive the context needed to carry out your instructions under their own policies. We may disclose information when required by law. This is not a claim that your strategies are inaccessible to the systems that run your bots.

6. Acceptable use and availability

Do not use TraderBot for unlawful activity, market manipulation, unauthorized access, or interference with other users or systems. We may suspend access to investigate misuse, comply with legal or provider requirements, or protect the service. TraderBot is a beta service; features, availability, and third-party integrations may change or be interrupted.

7. Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or financial results. We are not responsible for losses caused by your instructions or third-party failures except where applicable law makes us responsible. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms and will identify the updated date here. We will notify users of material changes through the service or email. You may stop using the service and contact us about closing your account.
