Can I lose money?
Yes. AI can make mistakes and markets can fall; returns are never guaranteed.
Where are my assets held?
In pooled platform accounts at trading venues, with your balance and positions tracked separately from other users.
Are my strategies private?
We don’t sell strategies or share them with other users. AI and enabled data providers process the context needed to run your bots; authorized admins can review activity for abuse prevention and support.
What does it cost?
AI and paid data are charged per use in USDC, including a platform fee. No platform fee on trades; venue, bridge, and network fees still apply.
Can I try paper trading?
Yes, with simulated trades. You still need 25 real USDC for access, and AI/data usage costs real USDC.
Do I need to code?
No. Describe your idea to the manager, then review your bot’s strategy and settings.
Can I use TraderBot from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Add a custom MCP connector with https://usetraderbot.com/mcp, sign in, and approve. Your AI app gets the same tools as your workspace manager; TraderBot runs the bots, schedules and exchange connection. Disconnect apps any time in Settings.
What can bots trade?
Live bots trade supported, fully funded USDC spot assets on Hyperliquid.
How do I add funds?
Use the in-app USDC deposit flow on Arbitrum, then assign a budget to each bot.
Will bots run automatically?
Yes, when you enable a schedule. You can also start a run manually.
Can I stop a bot?
Pause its schedule or stop an active run. Trades already executed remain in place.
How do I withdraw?
Open Balances → Withdraw USDC to send your available global real USDC to Arbitrum. Confirm by email; payouts require support approval and include a 1 USDC bridge fee.
